Launch Meeting for the 'ERA.Net RUS Plus Call 2017 – Innovation'

The current ERA.Net Plus with Russia (2013-2018) has set new standards in the EU-Russia research cooperation. In the first round 2014/2015, 63 projects were selected in the 'Innovation' and 'Science & Technology' (S&T) funding lines. The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) has allocated EUR 3.25 million in funding and is involved in 42 of the 63 funded projects.

At the initiative of the consortium the second round was opened on 2 May 2017 with the funding line 'Science & Technology' (deadline: 4 July 2017).

For the funding line 'Innovation', a meeting of the participating funding organisations from Russia, the EU Member States and the countries associated with Horizon 2020 will take place in Moscow (Russia) in June 2017. The call for 'innovation projects' is expected to be launched in the summer of 2017.
